二、新会员开卡规则。
1、本人持身份证和身份证复印件到就近服务点办理。
2、首次开卡需充值200元/卡。
3、本卡工本费10元，首次开卡免费，补办、挂失需交10元工本费。
4、持本卡可在济宁市联购电子商务有限公司旗下的门店、社区服务站及线上店"海马商城"享受同等的商品折让、补贴、优惠权益。
5、本卡为芯片型IC卡，需本人设置密码，并妥善保管卡片和密码。
6、卡片如有遗失，本人应及时到就近服务点，带身份证办理挂失和补办手续。
7、本卡禁止转借他人使用。
8、本规则会根据市场发展需要，进行适当调整和更改，恕不另行通知，详情会于各服务点进行公告，及时关注。

Affiliate Institutional membership is open to non-American universities. An affiliate membership cannot be transferred to another person. Affiliate members do not have voting privileges.
Affiliate members are eligible to become sub-committee members but not eligible for becoming chairs and rotary president.
